Choose your path
—
Self-paced learning
If you prefer going through the lessons and the course materials independently without joining a team, this is the right path for you!
You will have access to the lessons, additional materials and home assignments, that you can follow along at your own pace.
On the Live Track, live lessons end with a Q&A to ask questions about the course content. On the Self-Guided Track, the pre-recorded lessons include subtitles in different languages. Finally, you will be able to use the course chat to connect with the community, ask questions, and share your work with your peer learners and trainers.
Real case group work
You are a team of at least 4 colleagues and want to work on your own case? Follow this path! You will prepare the hands-on activities with your colleagues based on your own real case study.
Enjoy access to all the course materials; and, for Live Track learners, the opportunity to attend the Q&As. Either way, you will have the chance to join a Group Mentoring Session to get personalised feedback. You will be able to use the course chat to connect with the community, ask questions and share your work with your peer learners and trainers.
Fictional case group work
You would like to work with peer learners? If you follow this path, you will be matched with other participants to work on a fictional case. Each week, you will collaborate to complete the hands-on activities.
In addition to all the course materials and Q&As, this includes the occasion to participate in a Group Mentoring Session to receive tailored feedback on the work developed with your team. You will also have the opportunity to share your work with your peer learners and trainers, ask questions, and connect with the community using the course chat.

What if I can't attend all lessons live?
All lessons including Q&As are recorded and available to all participants following the Live Track until the 31 January 2026. The hands-on exercises are provided to all participants to complete between lessons and the Academy is designed to facilitate interaction and networking between participants even outside of the live lessons.
Participation in the live lessons is valuable, but not mandatory.
What if I can't attend any of the live Q&A sessions?
No problem! All live Q&A sessions will be recorded and made available in the Academy for you to watch at your convenience. You will also be able to ask questions using the chat options within the Academy, so you won’t miss the opportunity to engage or get support.
Can I attend with colleagues?
Yes! You can join with your colleagues. If you are minimum four (4) to participate as a team in the learning journey. It means that all of you can complete the home assignments together as a team and work on your own real case, rather than completing the same assignment individually for each person.
However, please note that the registration to the Virtual Learning Lab is personal: you will have to purchase as many tickets as you have persons attending from the team.
What is the expected workload?
The course is self-paced and includes 8 pre-recorded core sessions, each lasting 1 to 1.5 hours. These sessions feature practical, hands-on exercises that you can complete on your own time. You should plan to dedicate 2 to 3 hours per session to watch the videos, reflect on the content, and complete the assignments. Some exercises may require additional time, especially if you are applying them to your own Living Lab case or working as a team.
To support deeper learning, the Academy provides a wide range of optional extra resources—including videos, readings, and case studies—offering dozens of hours of additional content. These are ideal for participants who want to explore specific topics in more depth or further develop their Living Lab practice.
The course also includes 8 live Q&A sessions (1.5 hours each), where you can ask questions and interact with trainers and peers. If you are following Path 2 or 3, you will also be invited to a final 1-hour Group Mentoring Session for more personalised feedback and guidance.
In total, depending on the depth of your engagement, we recommend setting aside 3 to 6 hours per week to follow the course, complete the exercises, and make the most of the learning opportunities available.
What is the registration deadline?
There is no registration deadline for the Self-Guided Track. As for the live track, you can register until the start of the course on 5 October 2026. Keep in mind that limited number of seats are available for the live track, get yours before they run out!
What kind of certificate is provided at the end?
Upon completion of the course, participants from both tracks will receive a Certificate of Attendance as confirmation of their participation in the course. This certificate is personal and is issued to each participant individually. It does not require completing any exams or receiving a final score.
If you would like to demonstrate your understanding of the course content, you can choose to complete a final assessment. Participants who achieve a score above 70 percent will be awarded a Certificate of Competence.
Please note that this course does not certify your Living Lab. If you are interested in certifying your Living Lab, you can find more information about the process and how to become an ENoLL member here: https://enoll.org/about-us/how-to-become-a-member
What platform / programs do I need to use during the course?
The weekly sessions will be released directly on the ENoLL Academy - where you are right now. You will be able to join the Q&A sessions directly on the ENoLL Academy and they will be hosted on Zoom.
All hands-on exercise will be performed in MIRO. MIRO allows you to use it from your browser without the need to register or downloading any additional programs. However, registering allows you to save your work in your personal profile, thus allowing for easier access in the future. If this is the first time you will be using MIRO, we highly recommend you to check their guide for beginners here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mNNPchRnDp8&ab_channel=Miro
Should I join as an individual or as a team?
When joining as a team your learning journey will follow Path 3 and be designed for your team in a way that the assignments during the live sessions will be completed within your team.
Can I combine multiple discount codes?
Discount codes can't be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. If more than one code applies to your registration, ENoLL will automatically apply the highest available discount.
Do both tracks count towards the Accepted to Grow membership requirements?
Yes! Both the Self-Guided Track and the Live Track count towards the mandatiory Virtual Learning Lab training requirement.
