Tailored Trainings
Custom training for teams and organisations | Online or in person
No two Living Labs face exactly the same challenges. That is why ENoLL Tailored Training starts with your context rather than a fixed course. Together, we identify what your team needs to strengthen and build a programme around your objectives, experience and working reality.
Sessions can be delivered online or in person and can combine topics such as setting up a Living Lab, stakeholder engagement, co-creation, governance, business models, impact assessment, intellectual property, ethics, service design, funding, piloting and communication, among others. The result is practical learning designed to be used, not simply attended.
Profession Living Labber
Launching soon | The professional pathway for Living Lab practitioners
Profession Living Labber turns Living Lab practice into a clear professional development pathway. Designed specifically for people working in and around Living Labs, the formalised programme offers stackable modules and microcredentials that support continuous professional growth.
Learners can build towards role specific pathways while recognising that professional practice in Living Labs rarely follows a single path. Learning combines self-paced content, live cohort moments, practical assignments, peer learning and evidence from practice. Whether you are entering the field or formalising years of experience, Profession Living Labber gives you a structured way to develop your competences, make them visible and continue growing professionally.
Future Proof Retreat
Future Proof takes professional learning out of the training room and into a working Living Lab. Hosted at Monte dos Três Moinhos in Alentejo, Portugal, this four-day retreat brings a small group of Living Lab managers, facilitators and Capacity Building professionals together to explore regenerative management and governance in practice.
Participants will work with tools including MIGMAP, the Eight Forms of Capital, the QXote Project Canvas and the Quintuple Helix, while combining training with coaching, peer supervision and reflection. The Living Lab itself becomes the case study. You leave with frameworks you can adapt to your context, a peer network and a personal regenerative action agenda for your Living Lab.
Virtual Learning Lab
Flexible online course | Live or Self-Guided
The Virtual Learning Lab is ENoLL’s established online learning journey for people who want to understand how Living Labs work and put that knowledge into practice. Across a structured course, you explore Living Lab fundamentals, methodologies, tools and the practical choices involved in setting up and developing a Living Lab.
Choose the Live Track for weekly interaction with trainers and peers, or the Self-Guided Track to move through the content at your own pace. Practical activities help you connect each lesson to a real or fictional case, so you build your understanding step by step rather than learning Living Lab concepts in isolation.

Operationalising Living Labs
Live online training powered by ENoLL | From concept to daily management by Eoh-for-Good
Knowing what a Living Lab is does not automatically make it easy to run one. This live training series, delivered by Eoh-for-Good, focuses on the practical work of turning a Living Lab concept into daily operations. Across three connected modules, participants will examine their context and ecosystem, strengthen governance and co-creation approaches, and translate strategy into an actionable operational roadmap.
The emphasis is on the logistics, collaboration dynamics, resource choices and management routines that help a Living Lab function over time. Participants leave with practical tools and a clearer route from a good idea to sustainable, organised and effective Living Lab practice.
Understanding Investors for Living Labs
Live online training | From Living Lab innovation to investor readiness by META Group
What does an investor actually look for, and what does that mean for innovations emerging from Living Labs? Developed with META Group, Understanding Investors for Living Labs is a webinar series that helps Living Lab professionals understand the funding journey from the investor’s perspective. Participants explore different sources of capital and the incentives behind them, unpack what “investor ready” means across stages, sectors and geographies, and examine negotiation and due diligence in early stage equity investment.
The aim is not to promote one funding route, but to help Living Labs better support innovators and research teams in making informed funding decisions and moving promising solutions towards implementation and uptake.
